Troubleshooting the Livebox configuration
From the Livebox to the Internet Different stages outwards from the Livebox, through the Tel line, towards the Internet, including What The Lights Are Doing (really important)

Checking through each one of these, from top to bottom. This will lead you to what the problem is, and how to fix it.

These start off at your PC, and move through the connection to the Livebox, through the cables to the telephone socket, and then the BT line before finally to the Internet.

Click Back after viewing each page to come back here and continue through the next section as needed.

Following through these steps to diagnose the problem is often more effective than checking the error code given by the installation, and definitely better than just reinstalling all the time (if you ring Wanadoo and they keep telling you to reinstall and you have done this then tell them you have. If they insist you do it again and again when nothing has really changed since last time, you may be best to ring back as they aren't being very helpful - you may receive more effective suggestions on your next call! But if you follow through the tips in this guide, it should help you fix most problems - except line problems when everything is set up fine - BT will have to fix that.)
